The drinks that are packaged are not containing fibres. Fruits are known as the richest source of fibre. The majority of our daily intake of fibre comes from fruits. However, packaged juices of fruits have a low percentage of fibres. They can substitute Natural fibres with added ingredients. However, this does not mean that they replace the nutritional proportion from the original.

Bottled or canned fruit juices as well as all other varieties of packaged drinks e.g. Lassi, MIlk shakes etc. contain sugar. Sugars can cause you to gain lots of unnecessary weight.   • Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Mango Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of chilled curd
  • 1 Cup chilled drinking water
  • 1 tsp. Rose Essence
  • 1 tsp. Rosewater
  • A few dried petals of rose
  • Chopped Pistachio
  • Chia Seeds
  • The recipe’s instructions
  • Mix Curd and water along with everything else, leaving Pistachio
  • Then you can finish the drink. Add some dried pistachios and Chia seeds.
  • The job is done!

5. Strawberry Shake

  • Ingredients
  • Strawberry (8–10 pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 Cup Chilled Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Honey(optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Rosewater
  • Chia Seeds
  • Instructions
  • Chop the strawberry and create a smooth puree from it
  • With a hand blenderor normal blender blend the puree and yoghurt
  • Mix the Milk in order to create a lump-free or smooth consistency
  • Incorporate the honey as well as the rose water.
  • Then top it off with lots of Chia Seeds

6. Banana Whey High Protein Smoothie

  • Ingredients
  • Chopped frozen banana
  • Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • Almond Milk
  • Chia Seeds

  • In a high-speed mixer Blend frozen bananas with whey protein, almond milk
  • Place the chia seeds on the top

7. Jaljeera Drink

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup hot water 1 cup hot
  • 1 teaspoon Jaljeera Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Jaggery (You could skipping this as well)
  • Few Mint Leaves
  • Guidelines to be observed
  • Include the Tamarind pulp and jaljeera powder to the hot water.
  • Add salt and jaggery to it.
  • Mix all ingredients until all ingredients are properly mixed
  • Include a few mint leaves to it, and then crush them with a mortar and pestle
  • It’s as simple as that!

8. Kiwi Banana Smoothie

  • Ingredients
  • 4 kiwi Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Banana Chopped
  • 3/4th Cup Soy milk
  • 2/3 rd yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Oats
  • Chia Seeds
  • 1-inch ginger
  • Instructions to follow
  • Peel off the seed and de-seed the Kiwis. Cut into pieces.
  • Peel and peel the banana. then chop it into pieces and peel
  • Cut the cube of ginger

  • Fruit Mocktail Smoothie
  • 1 frozen banana, ripped of its skin, and diced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or cherries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 Cup fresh juice from oranges
  • 1 tablespoon honey (ooptional)
  • The instructions to be followed are:
  • Mix everything together in the Jar.
  • Strain it and take out the excess.
  • Pour in ice cubes, and drink!

12. Grape Juice

  • 1 cup Grape
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 TSP grated ginger
  • 1/4th TSP chat masala
  • Instructions to Follow:
  • In a blender, blend the grapes. The juice of the grapes should be strained, and discard the excess.
  • Add the water, as well as the ginger grated, and then blend
